These terms establish the Terms & Conditions under which the user can use our website and services offered by Ingrave Estudio. By accessing our website, the user accepts the Terms & Conditions, understanding and agreeing to them. If the user does not agree to the Terms & Conditions, they are prohibited from using or accessing Ingrave Estudio’s website.
To access our services, the user must be 18 (eighteen) years old or older. However, if the user is underage and wants to contact Ingrave Estudio, they must do it through a responsible adult or legal guardian. The user is not allowed to access our website and/or services if doing so is prohibited in the user's country or under any law or regulation applicable.
By buying our services, the user and future client agrees to be responsible for reading through the entire Terms & Conditions of our website.
The prices we charge for our services depend on each project. If the user wants to know the budget for a project, they must contact Ingrave Estudio through the website, email or social media linked in the website. If the user is not satisfied with the prices given by Ingrave Estudio, they can ask for another more fitted budget.
In order to pay, Ingrave Estudio accepts wire transfers. Once Ingrave Estudio sends the final files that the client requested, the client agrees to pay within the next 10 (ten) working days (Monday to Friday). If the payment is not fulfilled, Ingrave Estudio will charge 10% (ten percent) more to the original price every 3 (three) days.
Ingrave Estudio may ask for an advanced payment of the full or half the price.
Ingrave Estudio does not offer a refund for their finished services. If the client accepts the budget and Ingrave Estudio starts working on the project, and the client wants to drop the project, Ingrave Estudio will not give a full refund. The money that will be given back depends on the project and how advanced the project is. However, if the client accepts the budget, and Ingrave Estudio has not started the project nor the creative process yet, the client may ask for a full refund.
Ingrave Estudio reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at their sole discretion. Therefore, the user should review these pages periodically. When Ingrave Estudio changes the Terms & Conditions in a material way, they will notify the user that material changes have been made to the Terms & Conditions. The user´s continued use of the website or services after such change constitutes their acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions. If the user does not agree to any of these terms or any future versions of the Terms & Conditions, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
In order for the user and/or client to get into contact with Ingrave Estudio, they must do it through the website contact form, email or social media linked to the website. If Ingrave Estudio decides to provide another contact form to the client, the client must not share that information without Ingrave Estudios approval.

Los precios que cobramos por nuestros servicios dependen de cada proyecto. Si el usuario quiere saber el presupuesto para un proyecto determinado, debe contactar con Ingrave Estudio por medio del formulario de contacto de la página web, correo electrónico o las redes sociales enlazadas a la página web. Si el usuario no está satisfecho con los precios dados por Ingrave Estudio, puede pedir por un precio más ajustado a su presupuesto.
A la hora de pagar, Ingrave Estudio acepta transferencias bancarias. Una vez que Ingrave Estudio envía los archivos finales que el cliente ha pedido, el cliente acepta pagar dentro de los próximos 10 (diez) días laborables. Si el pago no se realiza dentro del plazo dado, Ingrave Estudio procederá a recargar 10% (diez por ciento) más del precio inicial cada 3 (tres) días. Puede que Ingrave Estudio pida el pago completo o el pago de la mitad del precio por adelantado.
Ingrave Estudio no ofrece devolución del dinero una vez que ya se ha terminado el trabajo. Si el cliente acepta el presupuesto, e Ingrave Estudio comienza a trabajar en el proyecto, pero el cliente quiere abandonar el proyecto, Ingrave Estudio no le devolverá la totalidad del precio al cliente. El dinero que se le devuelva dependerá del tipo de proyecto y cuando se ha adelantado del mismo. Sin embargo, si el cliente acepta el presupuesto, e Ingrave Estudio aún no ha comenzado el proyecto ni el proceso creativo del mismo, el cliente puede pedir la devolución total del dinero.
Ingrave Estudio se reserva el derecho de modificar estos Términos y Condiciones ocasionalmente a su entera discreción. Por tanto, el usuario debe revisar periódicamente estos apartados. Cuando Ingrave Estudio cambie los Términos y Condiciones de manera sustancial, notificará al usuario que se han realizado cambios sustanciales en los Términos y Condiciones. El uso continuado del sitio web o de los servicios por parte del usuario después de dicho cambio, constituye su aceptación de los nuevos Términos y Condiciones. Si el usuario no está de acuerdo con alguno de estos términos o cualquier versión futura de los Términos y Condiciones, el mismo no deberá usar ni acceder (o continuar accediendo) al sitio web o al servicio.
Para que el usuario y/o cliente pueda ponerse en contacto con Ingrave Estudio, deberá realizarlo por medio del formulario de contacto de esta página web, correo electrónico y las redes sociales vinculadas a esta página web. Si Ingrave Estudio decide proporcionar otra forma de contacto al cliente, este mismo no debe compartir esta información a terceros sin la previa aprobación de Ingrave Estudio.
